Nano is committed to shipping your high quality home air filters on a regular, timely basis. All orders will ship within 24 business hours of being placed. Typically orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday.

Costs & Restrictions

All shipping for Nano subscriptions is done via UPS Ground and is 100% free of charge. At this time we are only shipping to customers inside the continental U.S. – Nano is currently unavailable for residents of Hawaii or Alaska.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped tracking information will be automatically emailed to you.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

Please send your order number and a clear picture of the damaged shipping box and filter, or a picture and explanation of the product defect to support@nanohome.com within 7 days of receipt in order to initiate the process.
