Why “NanoHome”
Modern medicine is precise at the smallest scale: compounded formulations, biologics, doses measured in millionths of a gram, prepared for one specific patient. That precision is fragile. A few degrees too warm, one broken seal, one lost handoff — and it's gone.
Most of healthcare's attention goes to making the medicine. Ours goes to the last, least-glamorous step: getting it home in exactly the condition it left the pharmacy. Nano-scale care, delivered home. That's the name, and that's the whole company.
What we are
NanoHome is a division of Founders 3PL, operating from San Francisco and serving pharmacies and patients across all of California. We are a logistics company: we receive sealed, pharmacist-released medications, store them under the conditions they require, pack them for cold-chain transit, and deliver them — by local courier in the Bay Area, by overnight air statewide — with a documented chain of custody at every step.
We are not a pharmacy. We never dispense, open, substitute, resell, or counsel. The licensed pharmacy that prepared your medication remains the dispensing pharmacy of record, always.
Built by operators
NanoHome is a division of Founders 3PL, the founder-operated logistics company in Central Texas. During the pandemic, its founders built Armbrust American — a U.S. manufacturer of surgical masks and medical PPE, stood up at the request of the State of Texas — and then built the fulfillment operation to ship it, because the partner they needed didn't exist.
That operation became Founders 3PL: an FDA-registered facility with temperature-controlled storage, lot and expiration tracking, and enforced quality control on every order. NanoHome brings the same operating discipline to the most unforgiving version of the problem — medications, custody, and cold chain, to a patient's front door.
