What happens

  • You get a notification

    A text or email with your tracking link, so you can see where your delivery is and when it will arrive.

  • Your medication travels protected

    If your medication needs refrigeration, it travels in a temperature-monitored cold-chain package. Either way, it stays sealed exactly as your pharmacist prepared it.

  • You sign at the door

    Your signature is the proof of delivery. If you miss us, we coordinate a re-attempt — your medication is never left unsecured.
